Your satisfaction is very high on our agenda. SB Broneske expanded production capacities! 

Due to the high order backlog throughout 2019, we have more than tripled our production capacity at our factory in Quickborn/Hamburg, Germany.

Specifically, additional production space was created during 2019 and machines such as welding machines, special tools, hydraulic presses, industrial trucks and lifting equipment were purchased and integrated into the production process. With these new production resources, special workplaces for production were designed and implemented. 
In addition, new employees were recruited and trained in production planning, purchasing, logistics and production.

The expansion of production capacities was started at the beginning of 2019 and completed at the turn of the year 2019/2020. These measures enable a more effective production of marine vibration mounts with a faster throughput. SB Broneske is now again in a position to produce maritime vibration mounts of all sizes at short notice. Our fixed and anchorage points can support loads between 200 kg and 20,000 kg per vibration mount.

The company Schwingungstechnik Broneske GmbH is the market leader in Europe, America and Asia for elastic mountings for exhaust pipe systems in shipbuilding. We are inventors and developers of elastomeric mounts. Our products effectively minimise noise on board ships, thus providing the crew with a pleasant background noise for working and the passengers with a quiet environment for travelling. We produce and distribute our products in our factory in Quickborn near Hamburg.
